Enterprise workforce analytics, on a growing centre's terms

The analysis that runs the world's largest contact centres is not complicated. It has just always been sold with a six-figure contract and a quarter of implementation attached to it.

Every contact centre asks the same questions. How many people do I need at 2pm on a Tuesday. Why did handle time move. Who is struggling and who is carrying the floor. Are we losing calls before anyone picks up.

Those questions matter more as you grow, not less. Every new campaign, every new queue, every additional shift adds a way for the numbers to drift โ€” and the earlier you see it, the cheaper it is to correct.

The answers are well understood. Erlang-C staffing, service-level targets, occupancy bands, first-contact resolution โ€” this is decades-old operational science, and the enterprise suites did not invent it. What they did was package it with an implementation team and price it for operations with hundreds of seats.

Same science, none of the ceremony. It connects to the Five9 account you already have, reads the reports Five9 already produces, and answers those questions on the day you sign up โ€” then keeps answering them as you scale.

How this is run

Small on purpose
No sales team, no demos to book, no negotiation. Everything is on this site โ€” the price, the product tour, a working demo, and a trial you start yourself. If you never speak to anybody, that is the design working.
Priced plainly
Two plans, both with the entire product. Nothing is withheld to make the cheaper one worse. Renewals stay at the rate you signed up on โ€” no introductory price that jumps when you stop paying attention.
Your data is yours
Export it as CSV any time, from inside the workspace. Every customer's data lives in its own workspace and never mixes with anyone else's. When a trial ends nothing is deleted on the spot, and nothing is ever deleted without telling you.
Honest about the AI
Plenty of products say "AI-powered" and mean a lookup table. Here the split is worth stating: every figure โ€” answer rate, ASA, Erlang-C headcount โ€” is computed in code and auditable. What the AI does is read those figures and judge which of them matter for your operation and what to do about them. And it never sees a name: agent and campaign names are swapped for placeholders before anything leaves your browser.
No dark patterns
The trial takes no card and charges nothing when it ends. It simply stops collecting new data โ€” everything you gathered stays readable. Cancelling is not a phone call.
Honest about limits
Forecasting needs eight to twelve weeks of history to be worth trusting, and the product says so on the screen rather than drawing a confident line through three weeks of data.
